Yes. We deliver throughout Morocco, whether you are in Casablanca, Agadir, Oujda or a smaller town. Standard delivery is free, with no minimum order.
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed. Tracking is shared by WhatsApp once your parcel is in transit.
Express delivery takes 24 to 48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, for orders placed before noon. Orders placed after noon are processed from the next working day.

Yes. We offer cash on delivery throughout Morocco, as well as secure online card payment. For business orders, we issue invoices and accept bank transfers against a purchase order.
If your parcel is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If you notice damage only after opening the parcel, contact us within 48 hours and send photos so our team can review the case promptly.

Warranty & Returns
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical faults under normal use, including eligible components such as gas lifts, tilt mechanisms, sit-stand desk motors, frames and armrests. Damage caused by misuse, overloading beyond the stated capacity or assembly that does not follow the instructions is not covered. Please see the warranty terms for the full conditions.
