Assembly and product information
How are the chairs delivered and is assembly included?

All our chairs are delivered in their original packaging, disassembled to facilitate transport and reduce the risk of damage during shipping. Assembly of the chair can be easily done by yourself by following the detailed instructions provided with each chair. If you prefer to avoid assembly, you have the option of adding an assembly fee at the time of purchase. This service will allow you to receive your chair already assembled and ready to use, without any additional effort on your part.

Where can I find the dimensions or technical data sheets for your products?

To access our technical data sheets, go to the corresponding product page and scroll down just below the photo gallery! You can find most of the measurements and relevant product information in this central section.

Customizations
Can I customize the color of my chair?

Yes, it is possible to customize the color of some of our chairs, starting from a minimum order of 6 units . We offer a wide range of fabrics and colors to meet your specific needs. If you have a customization project, do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the available options and obtain a personalized quote.

I would like to redesign my office. Do you offer custom-made solutions?

Delivery
Can I pay for my product upon delivery?

Yes, we offer a cash on delivery option. You can pay for your order only in cash upon receipt of your product. If you prefer to pay by credit card or bank transfer, payment must be made before the order is shipped.

Where is my order?

After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping from our warehouses. Once your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive a WhatsApp notification with detailed information on the delivery date.

Please allow up to 4 business days for the package to reach you from the day your order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Every purchase made within the Kingdom of Morocco generally results in a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. The estimated delivery time, from the date of purchase, is generally 3 to 4 business days.

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return a product after assembling it?

We recommend that you do not assemble your product before deciding if it meets your expectations. For a hassle-free return, it is best to leave the product unassembled and check its condition after opening the box.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I return the product if it doesn't suit me?

Yes, you can return a product if it doesn't suit you, under certain conditions. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the original purchase date. For items purchased during a specific promotion, you have 48 hours to make a return.

To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, without damage. You must also provide a valid proof of purchase.

If you would like to make a return, please contact our team at support@limadesign.ma using "Returns" as the subject line and include the requested information in your message. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and it is recommended that you retain proof of postage.

Once the item is received, our team will inspect its condition and notify you by email whether your return request has been accepted or rejected.

What is the return period?

In accordance with current legislation (law no. 31.08) , our return policy allows you to withdraw within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order, including for sale products.

After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept exchange or return requests.

What are your return conditions?

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • They must be in perfect condition, without any damage or alteration.
  • Items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

What is your warranty policy?

Enjoy a two-year warranty on all our products. We offer peace of mind with comprehensive coverage for the entire duration of your first two years of use.
