General Conditions of Use

Welcome to the official online sales website https://limadesign.ma/ , operated by LIMA DESIGN, SARL , a Moroccan company specializing in the sale of office furniture.

These General Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter the “CGUV”) govern the contractual relationship between LIMA DESIGN and any natural or legal person making a purchase or consulting the services offered on the Site.

2. Purpose of the T&Cs

These T&Cs aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of:

  • navigation on the Site;
  • of the order of products;
  • the use of related digital services;
  • compliance with consumer protection rules in Morocco.

Any use of the site or any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Access and use of the Site

  • The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with an Internet connection.
  • Access to the Site is reserved for adults (18 years of age or older).
  • Minors may only place orders with the supervision of a legally responsible adult.

4. Express acceptance of the T&Cs – Article 30 of Law 31.08

  • In accordance with the law, the customer must expressly accept these T&Cs before any order.

  • No order can be validated without this explicit agreement.

5. Products and availability

The products offered are described with the greatest possible accuracy: photos, dimensions, materials, availability.

All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of exceptional unavailability after ordering, the customer will be contacted promptly for an exchange, credit note, or refund.

6. Account Creation

To make a purchase, the customer can create a personal account. The information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

7. Price, VAT and additional costs

All prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery charges may apply depending on the destination.
LIMA DESIGN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without affecting orders already validated.

8. Order – Conclusion of contract

The order is confirmed after:

  • cart validation,
  • express acceptance of the T&Cs,
  • and payment validation.

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer.
LIMA DESIGN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • fraud,
  • payment incident,
  • previous dispute.

9. Payment terms

The accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.),
  • Payment on delivery (if offered),
  • Other secure means specified on the Site.

All transactions are encrypted and secure.

10. Delivery

Deliveries are guaranteed throughout Morocco.
Delivery times and costs are communicated at the time of ordering.
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the delivery information.
LIMA DESIGN cannot be held responsible for any delays due to the carrier or causes beyond its control.

11. Right of withdrawal – Article 36 of Law 31.08

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, including for sale items.

The product must be returned:

  • intact,
  • in its original packaging,
  • not assembled or used.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement by email to support@limadesign.ma
A withdrawal form is available upon request.

13. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided for by Moroccan law.

14. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logo, videos, code, etc.) are protected by current intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

15. Personal data

The information collected is processed in accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of personal data.
The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data by contacting support@limadesign.ma

16. Responsibilities

LIMA DESIGN cannot be held responsible for:

  • non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure,
  • disruptions related to the Internet or external service providers,
  • indirect damages (loss of opportunity, data, etc.).

17. Amendments to the T&Cs

LIMA DESIGN reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time.
The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

18. Applicable law – Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are subject to Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is exclusively assigned to the courts of Marrakech.

  • القبول الصريح للشروط العامة،
  • وتأكيد الدفع.

  • الاحتيال،
  • حادثة دفع،
  • نزاع سابق.

9. طرق الدفع

طرق الدفع المقبولة:

  • بطاقة بنكية (فيزا، ماستركارد...)،
  • الدفع عند التسليم (إذا كان متاحًا)،
  • وسائل آمنة أخرى مذكورة على الموقع.

جميع المعاملات مشفرة وآمنة.

  • يتم التوصيل في جميع أنحاء التراب الغربي.

12. الشكاوى وخدمة ما بعد البيع

13. الضمانات القانونية

جميع المنتجات مشمولة بالضمانات القانونية المتعلقة بالمطابقة والعيوب الخفية وفقًا للقانون المغربي.

14. الملكية الفكرية

جميع عناصر الموقع (الصوص، الصور، الشعار، الفيديوهات، إلخ) محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.
أي نسخ بدون إذن كتابي مسبق ممنوع منعا باتًا.

15. البيانات الشخصية

09-08 المتعلق بحماية البيانات ذات الطابع الشخصي.
يحق للعميل الوصول إلى بياناته وتعديلها وحذفها عبر البريد Contact: support@limadesign.ma

16. المسؤوليات

لا تتحمل LIMA DESIGN المسؤولية عن:

  • عدم تنفيذ العقد في حالات القوة القاهرة،
  • الاضطرابات المرتبطة بالإنترنت أو مزودي الخدمات الخارجيين،
  • الأضرار غير المباشرة (فقدان الفرصة، البيانات، إلخ).

17. تعديل الشروط العامة

تحتفظ LIMA DESIGN بالحق في تعديل الشروط العامة في أي وقت.
الشروط المعمول بها هي تلك السارية في تاريخ تقديم الطلب.

18. القانون المطبق – الاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط العامة للقانون المغربي.
في حالة النزاع، تكون محاكم مراكش هي المختصة حصريًا.
