2. Legal guarantee

At LIMA DESIGN , we are committed to offering you durable and reliable products. In accordance with Law No. 31.08 on consumer protection , all our products automatically benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee , starting from the date of receipt of the order .

This guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing or material defects
  • Lack of conformity between the product received and the description displayed on the site
  • Any anomaly rendering the product unfit for normal use

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
  • Damage due to misuse , incorrect assembly , shock or fall
  • Damage due to lack of maintenance
  • Use in an unsuitable environment (excessive humidity, extreme heat, etc.)
  • Modification or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party

The warranty does not apply to products assembled or used contrary to the instructions.

3. LIMA DESIGN commercial guarantee

In addition to the legal guarantee, LIMA DESIGN offers you a free 24-month commercial guarantee on all products, covering:

  • Repair or replacement of the product in the event of a proven defect
  • Full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible
  • Fast support within 14 working days after receipt of the defective product

The warranty only applies if:

  • The product is in a condition suitable for inspection
  • It is accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

4. Right of withdrawal – 7 days

In accordance with article 36 of law 31.08 , you have a legal withdrawal period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

Also applies to sale and promotional products.

Terms :

  • The product must not have been used or assembled
  • It must be returned in its original packaging , intact, with all accessories
  • The item must not show any signs of wear

5. Return or claim procedure (Guarantee or Withdrawal)

Steps to follow:

5.1 Contact us at :

Email Subject: “Return / Complaint – [Order Number]”
Provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Precise description of the problem (+ photos)

5.2 Our customer service will analyze your request within 72 hours.
 If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address and shipping instructions.

5.3 Return costs:

  • At the customer's expense, except in the event of a defect or error on our part
  • We recommend shipping with tracking and proof of delivery.

6. Reimbursement

The refund is made:

  • Within 14 days maximum after receipt and inspection of the product
  • Via the same payment method used during the purchase
  • Full if all conditions are met

7. Limitation of liability

LIMA DESIGN cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Improper or diverted use of a product
  • Failure to follow assembly or maintenance instructions
  • Incorrect assembly carried out by the customer or a third party

2. الضمان القانوني

نحن في LIMA DESIGN ملتزمون بتقديم منتجات متينة وموثوقة. The date is 31.08. منتجاتنا تستفيد تلقائيًا من ضمان قانوني ، وذلك ابتداءً من تاريخ استلام الطلبية .

يشمل هذا الضمان:

  • العيوب في التصنيع أو المواد
  • عدم تطابق المنتج المستلم مع الوصف المعروض في الموقع
  • أي خلل يجعل المنتج غير صالح للاستخدام العادي

الاستثناءات من الضمان:

  • الاستهلاك العادي (خدوش، تغيّر اللون…)
  • التلف الناتج عن الاستخدام السيئ، التركيب الخاطئ، الصدمات أو السقوط
  • الأضرار الناتجة عن الإهمال أو سوء الصيانة
  • الاستخدام في بيئة غير مناسبة (رطوبة زائدة، حرارة مفرطة…)
  • التعديلات أو الإصلاحات من قبل طرف غير معتمد

لا ينطبق الضمان على المنتجات التي تم تركيبها أو استخدامها بشكل يخالف التعليمات.

3. الضمان التجاري by LIMA DESIGN

LIMA DESIGN From 24 to 24 hours :

  • إصلاح المنتج أو استبداله في حالة وجود عيب مؤكد
  • التعويض الجزئي أو الكلي إذا تعذر الإصلاح أو الاستبدال
  • 14 hours of cooking time.

يسري الضمان فقط إذا:

  • كان المنتج في حالة مناسبة للفحص
  • وتم تقديم إثبات الشراء (فاتورة أو رقم الطلب)

4. الحق في التراجع – 7 أيام

The date is 36 to 31.08 and 31.08 to 31.08. 7 أيام تقويمية الحاجة لتبرير السبب أو دفع أي غرامة .

  • وصف دقيق للمشكل (مع صور إن أمكن)

5.2 سيتم الرد خلال 72 ساعة عمل من قبل خدمة العملاء.

  • كاملًا في حال استيفاء جميع الشروط

7. حدود المسؤولية

LIMA DESIGN غير مسؤولة عن:

  • الأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام غير المناسب أو الخاطئ للمنتج
  • عدم احترام تعليمات التركيب أو الصيانة
  • التركيب الخاطئ من قبل العميل أو طرف ثالث
