1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with Article 36 of Law No. 31.08, the consumer has a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, including for products purchased during promotional or sale periods. After this period, no return or exchange requests will be accepted.

2. Return conditions

For an item to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item has not been assembled, used or modified.
• It is kept in its original packaging , intact and complete.

• Reference of the product concerned

3. Once your request has been validated, our customer service will send you detailed return instructions.

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

5. Verification and validation

Upon receipt of the returned package, our team will carry out a conformity check . If the item meets all the conditions, a refund or exchange will be initiated, according to your request. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

6. Reservation clause

Lima Design reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item:

• Does not comply with the conditions indicated above;
• Shows signs of use, assembly or deterioration;
• Does not meet our quality standards after inspection.
