At LIMA DESIGN, customer satisfaction and trust are at the heart of our approach. This page presents all the guarantees, protections, and rights you benefit from when purchasing from our site, in compliance with Law No. 31.08 relating to consumer protection.

2. Quality commitment and manufacturer's warranty

All LIMA DESIGN products automatically benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with articles 65 and following of law 31.08. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects, hidden defects, non-conformities of the delivered product compared to the description displayed on our site.

We also offer a free 24-month commercial warranty. This includes free repair or replacement of any product with a proven defect, or a refund if repair or replacement proves impossible.

Conditions of application:

• The product must not have been misused
• It must be returned in a condition allowing technical analysis
• Proof of purchase is required
  

3. Return Coverage

In accordance with article 36 of law 31.08, you have a legal withdrawal period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, without obligation to provide justification or additional costs.

The right of withdrawal also applies to promotional products. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused and unassembled, and must be returned in its original packaging, complete and intact, along with all its accessories.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a delivery error or a lack of conformity attributable to LIMA DESIGN.

4. After-sales service

Our customer service team is available to assist you with any inquiries related to defects, non-compliances, or technical issues. Support is available by email at support@limadesign.ma and promises to respond to your request within 72 business hours.

We offer solutions adapted to each case: replacement of a part, complete exchange, repair or refund depending on the situation.

5. Securing orders

All orders placed on limadesign.ma are confirmed by email with a clear summary. A tracking number is always provided at the time of shipment to ensure transparency regarding the status of your delivery.

The entire process is secured by an SSL certificate (https) and by our recognized payment providers.

6. Payment Protection

Online payments are completely secure thanks to advanced encryption technologies. LIMA DESIGN does not store any banking data.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Cash on delivery (if available)
• Third-party solutions approved based on regional availability
  

7. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of the product
• Damages related to use not in accordance with the instructions
• Defects resulting from incorrect assembly carried out by the customer or a third party
• Damage caused by falling, shock, neglect or exposure to extreme conditions
• Any unauthorized modification or attempted repair
  

In certain cases not covered, LIMA DESIGN reserves the right to offer a partial commercial gesture on an exceptional basis.

8. Liability

LIMA DESIGN cannot be held responsible for indirect damage linked to a product or its use, particularly in the event of loss of operation, data or use.

All installation and assembly remains the responsibility of the customer. We encourage our customers to strictly follow the instructions provided.

• إصلاح المنتج أو استبداله في حالة وجود خلل فعلي
• تعويض جزئي أو كامل إذا تعذر الإصلاح أو الاستبدال
• 14 hours of cooking time.
  

شروط الاستفادة من الضمان:

• أن يكون المنتج بحالة مناسبة للفحص
• أن يكون مرفقًا بإثبات الشراء (فاتورة أو رقم الطلبية)
• يكون قد خضع لأي تعديل أو استخدام غير مطابق لتعليماتنا
  

3. سياسة الإرجاع (حق التراجع)

يشمل هذا الحق أيضًا المنتجات العروض الترويجية.

شروط قبول الإرجاع:

• ألا يكون المنتج قد استُعمل أو تم تركيبه
• أن يُعاد في عبوته الأصلية، سليمًا وكاملًا
• أن يكون خاليًا من أي آثار استعمال
  

تكاليف الإرجاع تكون على عاتق الزبون ، ما لم يكن سبب الإرجاع هو عيب في المنتج أو خطأ من طرفنا.

7. حالات الاستثناء من التغطية

لا يشمل الضمان الحالات التالية:

• الاستعمال غير السليم أو الخارج عن التعليمات
• الأضرار الناتجة عن التركيب الخاطئ أو الإهمال
• التآكل أو الاستخدام المكثف الذي يتجاوز الحد العادي
• التلف الناتج عن عوامل خارجية مثل الحرارة أو الرطوبة أو الصدمات
• أي تعديل أو إصلاح من طرف غير معتمد
  
  

في مثل هذه الحالات، يمكن لفريقنا تقديم حل تجاري جزئي حسب تقديره، في إطار الحفاظ على رضا الزبون.

8. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمل LIMA DESIGN أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتجات أو تجاهل تعليمات التركيب أو الصيانة.

كل عملية تركيب أو استخدام تقع تحت مسؤولية الزبون بشكل كامل.
