2. Acceptance of the conditions – Article 30 of Law 31.08

Acceptance of the T&Cs is mandatory and express before any order.
A validation mechanism (mandatory checkbox) is integrated into the payment process to guarantee your consent.
No order can be finalized without this prior acceptance.

3. Modification of the T&Cs

LIMA DESIGN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new conditions will be published on the website with their effective date.
The user is invited to consult them regularly. Any order placed after an update constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.

4. Products and Services

4.1 Availability

Products are offered while stocks last.
Descriptions, specifications and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4.2 Order

The ordering process is clearly indicated on the website.
The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information (name, address, contact details, payment method, etc.).

LIMA DESIGN reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of:

  • Previous unresolved dispute
  • Serious doubt about the validity of the information
  • Attempted fraud

5. Price and Payment

Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (TTC) .
Payment is due upon ordering via the secure means offered (credit card, payment on delivery if available).

The customer guarantees that he is fully authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery methods

LIMA DESIGN offers different delivery methods, specified when ordering.

6.2 Time limits and liability

Delivery times are indicative.
A reasonable delay does not give rise to any compensation.
In the event of an error in the address provided, the customer alone bears the consequences.

7. Right of withdrawal – Article 36 of Law 31.08

The customer has a legal period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without justification or penalty , including for promotional items.

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must not have been used or assembled
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, intact, with accessories
  • The client must inform LIMA DESIGN by email at support@limadesign.ma within the given time frame

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error or defect is recognized.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned and verified product.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns must comply with the above conditions.
LIMA DESIGN reserves the right to refuse any product:

  • Used, mounted or damaged
  • Returned late
  • Incomplete

9. Intellectual Property

All elements present on the site (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, brands, etc.) are the exclusive property of LIMA DESIGN and are protected by Moroccan and international laws relating to intellectual property.

Any reproduction, distribution, exploitation or modification without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

LIMA DESIGN cannot be held responsible:

  • Direct or indirect damages related to the use of the site or its services
  • Temporary unavailability of the site
  • From loss of data, profits or opportunities

The customer remains solely responsible for the use he makes of the products purchased.

11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the legislation of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech .

2. From 30 to 31.08

يُعتبر قبول شروط العامة للبيع شرطاً إلزامياً وصريحاً قبل إتمام أي طلب شراء.
وقد تم دمج آلية تحقق (خانة اختيار إلزامية) حصول الموافقة المسبقة.
لا يمكن استكمال الطلب دون هذا القبول.

3. تعديل الشروط العامة

تحتفظ شركة LIMA DESIGN بحقها في تعديل هذه الشروط العامة في أي وقت.
وسيتم نشر الشروط المعدلة على الموقع مع تحديد تاريخ دخولها حيز التنفيذ.
ويُعتبر استمرار استخدام الموقع بعد النشر قبولاً تلقائياً للشروط المعدلة.

4. المنتجات والخدمات

4.1 التوفر

تُعرض المنتجات حسب الكمية المتوفرة في المخزون.
ويمكن تعديل وصف المنتجات أو خصائصها أو أسعارها في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

4.2 الطلبات

تم توضيح مسار تقديم الطلب بشكل واضح على الموقع.
ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة (الاسم، العنوان، وسائل الاتصال، طريقة الدفع...).
تحتفظ LIMA DESIGN How to use:

  • وجود نزاع سابق لم تتم تسويته
  • وجود شك في صحة المعلومات المقدمة
  • وجود محاولة احتيال

5. الأسعار والدفع

Please note that the price is limited to the MAD (MAD) and the MAD (Tax included).
ويُشترط دفع ثمن الطلب كاملاً عند الشراء عبر وسائل الدفع الآمنة (بطاقة بنكية، الدفع عند التسليم إذا توفر).
ويُقر العميل أنه يملك الأهلية القانونية لاستخدام وسيلة الدفع المختارة.

6. التوصيل

6.1 وسائل التوصيل

توفر LIMA DESIGN عدة خيارات للتوصيل، يتم عرضها أثناء تقديم الطلب.

6.2 المدة والمسؤولية

مدة التوصيل تقريبية وللاسترشاد فقط.
ولا تُمنح أي تعويضات بسبب تأخير معقول.
وفي حال تقديم عنوان خاطئ، يتحمل العميل كامل المسؤولية.

7. حق التراجع – 36 to 31.08

يحق للعميل التراجع عن عملية الشراء في أجل أقصاه 7 أيام تقويمية من تاريخ تسلمه للطلبية، دون الحاجة لتبرير أو دفع غرامة ، بما في ذلك المنتجات المخفضة.

شروط الإرجاع:

  • ألا يكون المنتج قد تم استعماله أو تركيبه

  • أن يُعاد في غلافه الأصلي وبحالته السليمة مع جميع الملحقات

تكاليف الإرجاع يتحملها العميل، باستثناء حالات الخطأ أو العيب المؤكد من طرفنا.

8. الإرجاع والاسترداد

يجب احترام الشروط المذكورة أعلاه لقبول عملية الإرجاع.
تحتفظ LIMA DESIGN بحقها التالية:

  • المستعملة أو المركبة أو التالفة

  • المرتجعة بعد انقضاء الأجل القانوني

  • الناقصة أو غير المكتملة

9. الملكية الفكرية

محتويات الموقع (نصوص، صور، شعارات، فيديوهات، تصميمات، علامات...) هي ملك حصري لشركة LIMA DESIGN، ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المغربية والدولية.
يُمنع تماماً نسخ أو توزيع أو استغلال أو تعديل أي من هذه المحتويات بدون إذن كتابي مسبق.

10. تحديد المسؤولية

لا تتحمل LIMA DESIGN أي مسؤولية عن:

  • الأضرار المباشرة أو غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو خدماته

  • التوقف المؤقت أو العطل التقني في الموقع

  • ضياع البيانات أو الأرباح أو الفرص التجارية

العميل مسؤول بشكل كامل عن طريقة استعماله للمنتجات المشتراة.

11. الانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام القانون المغربي .
ويُعهد حصرياً للمحاكم المختصة في مراكش بالنظر في أي نزاع قد ينشأ بين الطرفين.
